This property was wonderful! It is located a little far outside the main city centre but you can still walk to most things. The staff are welcoming and helpful by offering early checkin if the rooms were ready (which ours was). I loved the pool, sauna/ steam room and hot tub & the dpa service they have at the hotel was amazing. The hotel restaurant was also very good. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and meals were great! Especially enjoyed the meal and bar accommodations … it made it easy! Great place to stay that’s out of the way and easy access to Edinburgh.

We appreciated the free drinks in lieu of housekeeping. The bar service was great. We were unhappy that we weren’t told on check-in that breakfast must be rebooked. When we explained this we still had to pay £16 instead of £12. We ate elsewhere on principle.

The hotel was great. I booked it for my kids, and they enjoyed it. The hot tub was a bit cooler then they liked it to be but overall they had a great stay

the female receptionist asked me a number of questions then stored my luggage and asked me exactly the same questions! The restaurant manager was very kind when we were too late for breakfast and sorted out some pastries for us. Our room furniture was tired and the windows were filthy. Our room cleaner just flung our pajamas and didn't food them or place them nicely on the bed. She did the same with a towel too.

Very friendly staff, great value.

One of the most friendly hotels I've stayed at. All staff were attentive and eager to help. Room was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Bar meal had a good choice and was reasonably priced. Great location as well - near to the Central Station.
