Decent for a short stay, but on the small side if you’re staying longer. Rooms are adequate and clean, but dated and somewhat worn. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice available.

Lady on reception, maybe if it were her first day it would of still been bad . Charged our credit card for a prepaid booking. Over the threedays could not authorise a refund. On leaving I had to ask for manager email as none had been available for 3 days. A hotel with seemingly no manager. They have not replied or refunded me 5 days after booking in. The hotel itself is nice if it were self check in and out !

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. Would stay here again.

Place looks a little dated now, clean but dated. Staff were good, breakfast was good. Room over looking the gardens...? a line of tree's. Can't see the garden's It was good stay but little bit pricey for the quality off the room.

Room was ready early so we were able to check in and leave our bags before going out to the local gallery. Room was clean. Staff friendly although when I called down for some help with first aid supplies the staff member on reception wasn’t helpful, luckily Boots was still open but if it wasn’t we would have been a bit stuck. We just needed a sterile dressing.

The hotel was perfectly functional. Our room had a musty damp smell but was fine with the windows open. Taxis were available within minutes of asking for one to be called. Parking was available and much appreciated. The breakfast staff were very efficient.

Very convenient car park above adjacent Waitrose, and across the road from Oran Mor where we were attending a wedding. We were allowed an early check in which was much appreciated and we had a refreshing drink from the open air bar downstairs. Clean room and a fan was provided as it was so warm. A very comfortable stay.
