Hotel very convenient for bus station and entertainment venues such as the Pavilion, the Royal concert Hall, and the Theatre Royal. Enjoyed the quirky decor and the appearance of the hotel inside. Staff were helpful at check-in and in the bar.The room would have benefited from having tea making facilities in it, and there wasn’t even a plastic cup to be able to have a drink of water, so I feel that could’ve been improved.

The lounge is a wonderful place to relax - I've not seen another hotel with such a large and comfortable lounge - it's like a real living room, and rarely busy so you're almost guaranteed to be able to spread out with a coffee and the papers!
