The Hotel was clean, welcoming and in a great location. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and ready to answer any questions. Food was great and breakfast offered a selection to suit everyone. We were there during the early stages of the Commonwealth Games, so it was very busy, but the atmosphere was lovely. Room great and very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

It was located in a perfect central location. Easy to get to and around city center. It is located close to George Square where there is ongoing construction and closed streets. FYI. The restaurant Hazel is amazing. Great for Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour. Front desk staff were very accommodating to changes in my reservation and very welcoming. The King room was large in size and clean. Housekeeping came later in the day. So on the days I left early in the morning and came back earlier in the evening (before dinner), they had not come to the room to replace towels, refreshments or take out the trash;. I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor facing the rear of the hotel so I didn't get a lot of the main street noise. Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hotel is modern and classy with the best location if you want to visit the city centre as literally a 1 minute walk from George Square and Queen Street train station. NCP car park is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
