Both rooms were clean on both nights, not the newest but its not bad at all. Price was worth it. staff was very helpful when checking out and explaining parking and fees

Amazing rooms, amazing views!

My only issue is upon check-in at 3:30 I was given a small hotel room that I did not pay for, I reserved and paid for the studio room. I went back to get the correct room and was told I was automatically given that smaller room because the room I paid for and reserved wasn’t ready yet, the issue is that they said I could stay in that room or be put in the queue for the studio I paid for. That was it. No offer to refund to the lesser room, no apologies. By that point I had traveled 9+ hours with my family and requested to be contacted as soon as possible for a room so we can settle and rest. Beyond that, the rooms were beautiful and tidy, we just didn’t like that the hallway walls where the rooms were didn’t have the pictures on them so all we saw was hardware.

I booked a room with a large bed online, but the hotel gave me a standard room instead. The carpet was filthy and the air conditioner was so noisy that I could barely sleep.
