Comfortable hotel conveniently located, good breakfast, garage for motorbikes was very welcome and reasonable price. Would be 5 stars but let down by small details, kettle in room but no supplies, fridge but no bottled water, no toiletries for the shower, no toilet roll in one room, light bulbs blown, staff were indifferent, check in process was laborious. A great little hotel waiting to get out, it wouldn’t take much to get that extra star!

Car parking not near hotel but in side road quite a walk away Breakfast choice very limited within half hour of opening due to “group of cyclists eating it all” according to receptionist Wifi did not work at all “because i have i phone” according to receptionist Only 1 tea bag, 1 coffee and no milk in room Our key card stopped working so we had to wait outside (reception not open out off hours) from 11.30 pm until 12.15 am for someone to come and let us in Hotel could do with new carpet in room and general clean and update Would not recommend

De kamer / bed was zeer goed .ook het ontbijt was zeer goed....toch wat min puntjes, de douche heeft wat zwarte vlekken ( bacterie) moest zelf om handdoeken vragen deze waren bij aankomst niet op de kamer. Bij het ontbijt moesten wij ook om normale (afbak) broodjes vragen en boter ,cake en andere zoetigheid was ruim aanwezig ( voor ontbijt? ) eieren ontbraken ook , maar ontbijt is ok ..

Séjour globalement insatisfaisant, tant sur la qualité de la chambre que sur la gestion de la réclamation. La suite familiale présentait une odeur marquée de cigarette (rideaux imprégnés), ce qui est inacceptable, en particulier pour une personne asthmatique. La nuit a également été perturbée par des nuisances sonores extérieures et une isolation phonique insuffisante. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de retour immédiat, ayant quitté l’établissement à 6h du matin sans personnel présent à la réception. La réclamation a donc été faite après le séjour. La réponse apportée a consisté à refuser tout geste commercial au motif de l’absence de signalement sur place, sans prise en compte des désagréments subis. Une approche peu commerciale et décevante, qui ne correspond pas aux standards attendus.
