Mon père = les marches à mon âge c’est pénible à monter et dangereux à descendre. J’aurais aimé plus d’espace entre le lit et le plafond, j’ai tourné le lit pour pas avoir le problème avec ma tête mais du coup je voyait plus la télé. J’ai eu peur de laisser ma voiture garer dans la rue plus loin que le gîte. Manque une chaise pour 4 personnes. Ma sœur = manque de meuble pour poser mes affaires. Les étagères du placard sont à changé (grosse tâche). Torchon manquant dans la cuisine. Manque de chaise pour manger et table pas adopter pour un repas dans un appart. Poubelle trop petite, manque support dans la douche pour poser les produits. Nombre de serviette bien. La barrière de la chambre est branlante (faut la refixer, le monsieur nous a conseillé de pas s’appuyer dessus). Manque de prise et prise loin des lits. Manque de couverture si besoin de plus que celle proposé (une par lit). Drap pas mit à l’arrivée dans les lits enfants alors qu’on avait réservé pour 4. Ma mère = propreté manquante, cheveux et poils par terre et dans la douche, manque dans la salle de bain pour poser les serviettes. Assez calme. Moi = faut prévenir pour les escaliers pour accéder au gîte. Logement un peu sale oui, pas assez de couverts etc, pas assez de chaise, chaise haute et table basse pour manger, pas de cohérence. Lit ok, mais plafond bas donc pas pratique, pas top. Prise loin du lit. Manque pour poser les serviettes, les affaires, de partout (car dans la chambre c’est pas propre sur ce bois)

La ville de Givet est un lieu légèrement abandonné qui se trouve entre France et Belgique. Le gîte était par contre satisfaisant.

Arrivée en famille devant l'établissement à 20h30, personne de présent à l'accueil, nous avons du appeler l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin nous ouvrir après 15min d'attente, et pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il y a un doublon sur notre studio et que nous serons donc relogé en chambre sans kitchenette et donc dans l'impossibilité de faire manger la famille. Aucune compensation ou dédommagement nous a était proposé. Nous sommes fortement déçu par cette prestation.
