Perfect

A great place, very much worth every single penny. Great staff, great service, reasonable prices, clean. Everything you need. We also enjoyed th dinner at the restaurant.

Great staff but tired hotel

Overall adequate. Brilliant staff, tired building. Superb bathroom (clearly newly renovated), but room seemed a bit old, as does the general feel of the hotel. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast was just adequate. Overall a great place to stay s it's close to Anderstorp raceway, but very expensive for what it is.

Generally a very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and tasty food. A big plus is the coffee machine in the hallway with access for a fresh coffee or tea at any hour. The kids playroom is also nice for the families with children. The rooms were quite small, we expected a little bit more space, and we could have used a mini fridge in room.

Great stay as always. The breakfast is being downgraded a lot with cold eggs and a horrible "scrambled eggs" mixture. Otherwise, clean, helpful personel and close to everything.

We chose this hotel because there were no available cottages at Isaberg for the weekend when we traveled. There aren’t many alternatives in the area. The room was modern and clean. The two-level bed is not very practical, but I knew about this configuration beforehand. The staff is friendly, and they even called me when I booked to inform me that there would be a celebration in the city that night, so it might be noisy. The breakfast is mediocre: the scrambled eggs were dry, the bacon didn't taste good, the cold cuts were cheap, and there was a poor choice of cereals. An okay hotel, but next time I would rather choose a cottage at Isaberg to be closer to the beautiful nature of the region.

Classic Swedish city hotel next to the main square in Gislaved. Stayed for 4 nights to go skiing at the nearby Isaberg ski resort. Generally the hotel have what you can expect from a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was good and varied and they had several allergi alternatives, but younger staff need more training in running a customer focused breakfast buffet, e.g the buffet ran out of several thing on all days, so guest had to wait, e.g they were out og bread for more than 30 min. They also opened door to the outside for a very long time, where there was -15 C‱ sending a very cold breeze through the restaurant and made some people leave. The evening menu had few alternatives so it was not interesting enough to eat there for 4 night. Again the younger staff did not have attention to customers. Several customers had to wait for a long time while staff was unaware an just talking in the kitchen, e.g. also shared cold coffee after dinner.

Trevligt hotell med bra personal

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse pÄ detta hotell! Rummen var fina och personalen extremt serviceinriktad. Trots en initial lukt pÄ rummet löste receptionen problemet snabbt och smidigt med ett byte till annat rum bredvid. VÀnlig och glad personal överallt, och frukosten hade ett bra utbud. Rekommenderas!

Overraskelsen.

Et sted hvor skinnet bedrager. Da jeg landede tÊnkte jeg "Ähh nej det bliver en lang nat" falmet facade og indgangs parti. Men inden for er det en helt anden sag. Meget fint rent og lÊkkert. Og blandede hyggelige farver. Ikke bare der alm hvidgrÄ moderne.

Bra boende men starkt kritisk mot maten i restaura

Lite rörig information avseende incheckningen, ingen personal pÄ plats men tillgÀngliga via telefon. Boendet var helt ok dock var middagen i restaurangen en stor besvikelse. Entrecote totalt oÀtbar, seg, mest fett oc h senor. Fick en ny i utbyte ingen förÀndring. Framförde kritik direkt i restaurangen och Àven vid utcheckningen, hade verkligen förvÀntat mig nÄgon form av kompensation. MÄste ifrÄgasÀtta hur man som kock vill tillaga sÄ usel rÄvara. Dock var förÀtten okej.

Vi hade det bra

Jag blev förvÄnad över detta hotell, som Àr belÀget i en mindre ort. Receptionen har begrÀnsade öppettider och vi sÄg inte en enda i personalen under den tid vi var dÀr, men det gjorde ingenting. Incheckning var smidig och vi fick all info vi behövde. Rummen var trevliga, sÀngen skön och bra kuddar. Det fanns Àven "nödkit" pÄ rummet, vilket var precis vad jag behövde. SÄ ja, summan av allt sÄ var vi nöjda!

Greit hotell til overnatting pÄ veien. Hotellet er litt utdatert, uten aircon, men helt greit. Sengene var ikke de beste, og svÊrt lite bad. Alt i alt til denne prisen var det en grei overnatting og har ingen problemer med Ä bo der igjen. God frokost og gratis parkering rett utenfor.

Hemtrevligt hotell nÀra resmÄl för aktiv weekend.

Ingen höjdare om man ska vara Ă€rlig. Rummen Ă€r ok för en barnfamilj, men trĂ„nga. Frukosten var ok, men middagen var ett skĂ€mt. Tydligen ingick den i priset, vilket jag inte fick reda pĂ„ nĂ€r jag bokade. Men vi hade hellre Ă€tit ĂĄ la carte om det funnits. Överkokt pasta med köttfĂ€rssĂ„s eller torr fish and chips kĂ€ndes inte som nĂ„gon höjdare. GĂ„ och hĂ€mta dryck sjĂ€lv i baren osv kĂ€nns ocksĂ„ sĂ„dĂ€r. Det var bara matsalsbrickor som saknades. Förra gĂ„ngen hade de en restaurang i bottenplanet, dĂ€r vi Ă„t bra mat, men nu var den stĂ€ngd och ersatt av en restaurang en trappa upp i frukostmatsalen. Vi har bott pĂ„ hotellet förut för att vi inte vill bo pĂ„ High Chaparall, men nĂ€sta gĂ„ng fĂ„r det blir nĂ„got annat hotell, som kĂ€nns mer som ett hotell.
