Found the staff upon arrival pre occupied and not useful with information. Lack of parking and access to the hotel from the parking areas was not used friendly. Room quite strong smell of cleaning products and caused wheezy chest. Lack of amenities in room - utensils and plates provided but no heating equipment such as a microwave.

Had a great time. Beautiful big room. Feedback 1. Took ages for shower to warm up and 2. No signal for the T.V. No phone in room to ring reception for help. Little things though which didn't take away much from overall experience. Highly recommend. Big shout out to Brooke the receptionist. Very friendly, courteous and professional.

I think a very nice property, but it’s not in the condition it was last time I stayed. General maintenance is not great and the central courtyard/pool could do with some attention. As could paint etc in the rooms, but very spacious rooms with lovely big balconies in an excellent location means we will be back. Also found Elaine at reception very friendly

Miserable stay, lights are broken, air con noisy and bathroom had plumbing issues. It started flooding once using the shower and made it unbearable to stay. We were given another room to stay but again same problems, noisy air con and the bed was broken too. We were charged for two nights even though we only stayed one night since it was that bad we wanted to leave and stay somewhere else. We were promised a refund and they didn't even cooperate with that. I had to always initiate conversation and they have the same excuse its upto the owner who is based in India. A clear breach of Consumer Guarantees Act by this hotel. We stayed February 2025.
