The hotel was in a great location to explore Girona and easy to access from the train station. The room was comfortable, a bit small for two people but good if you are not planning to spend much time inside.

Lovely and great location

I really enjoyed my stay in Girona. The hotel is lovely and in a great location. My only issue, as a person with mobility issues, that there are stairs to get to the elevator (6 or 8). The WiFi was consistent and strong. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. I would stay here again.

Small room with a floor beam in the middle of the room. Comfortable room and quiet. Great location next to the old quarter

Cheap and cheerful handy for everything

This accommodation was perfect for a few days in Girona, just a short walk from the bus/train station it was easy to transfer from the airport. Girona old town is just a short walk away and handy for the shops. A lovely wee coffee shop 365 just round the corner for breakfast. A lovely couple of days. Cheap and cheerful, nothing fancy but just what we wanted

Not the best

I didn’t really care for the hotel. It felt more like a college dorm than a hotel. I had a hard time breathing because the cleaning products they use is overpowering, probably toxic. The location is pretty close to everything and the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. The front desk is only open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

No blankets on the bed! Only sheets. There was only a sheet on our bed and no blankets in the room when we checked in. Checked in very late because of a delayed flight and I had to put my coat over me I got so chilled! Who doesn’t put a blanket or duvet on a hotel bed? We had to ask for them! Also they do not have any luggage racks in the hotel so we had to lay our suitcases on the floor the whole time. We liked having only a code to access the hotel main door and our room door. Great location in bustling neighborhood close to bus and train and the old city and shopping and restaurants. Basic clean place with comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our large window.

We had to ring a number to be let into the hotel slightly before check-in - two other sets of guests then arrived and the receptionist arrived some 10 minutes after checkin time. Room was fine - but some parts (air con panel, showerhead) had seen much better days. Needed to speak to someone at the end of the stay and no one there to speak to.

The rooms are very small, and the service is poor. There’s no reception desk before 2 PM, and the entrance is secured with a PIN code. If you arrive before then, you won’t be able to get in or leave your bags, unless you happen to get lucky and another guest opens the door for you.

Was here for 4 nights. Would not stay here again in summer, a/c was terrible room running at 27c with a/c set at 16, was given a small oscillating fan, yet the a/c in reception was superior, I ended up sitting there a few times to try and beat the heat. The other thing is reception is only manned from 2pm to about /am, Good location

Si vous êtes valides et voyagez léger, c’est l’hôtel idéale pour vous. Un seuil pour rentrer dans l’hôtel, 6 marches pour atteindre le niveau zéro de l’ascenseur, un parking payant non intégré à l’hôtel rendent l’arrivée dans l’hôtel difficile. Cependant les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres. Je vous souhaites un bon sommeil

Expensive for the service provided

Location and cleanliness were spot-on! Close to the bus, train station and the old town. It was a nightmare to sleep without AC that didnt work all the time and no one is the the reception to help. So expensive for the service provided.
