Staff were friendly. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The bed was very good, but the room area with couch/chair/TV (suite) had a stale/old smell to it and it was quite warm since there was only one AC unit in the bedroom that did not reach to the lounge area. Furniture was clean but old.

Great staff. Quick to get into and out of the room. Food staff were friendly and helpful. Food was also very good. The hotel is getting older but maintained. Exception being the hot tub and pool . Needs some work. No jets on hot tub and very high chlorine in the pool.

The room was spotless and the staff were very nice to deal with. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it every time. The dining room has a great menu. We enjoyed 2 meals there that were excellent and there is also a Robin's next to the lobby for a quick coffee and donut option. It's very beautiful there, especially in the summer as it's located next to the lake.
