We had to stay in Gilroy due to a family tragedy, and the Hilton Garden Inn could not have been more accommodating, helpful and understanding when it came to all of our needs . the manager, Colby, was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. I see a lot of negative reviews posted about this property, but we have always found it to be a great option for those frequent weekends when everything within easy reach of Salinas/Monterey is overpriced. This property is consistently clean and comfortable, with a modest price tag for the area. We haven't had time to make use of the amenities/restaurant, so I can't speak to those, but I can say that we have stayed here many times and always find it to be a clean, comfortable stay at a good value.
