Parking was great. The staff was awesome but I had trouble with the key cards and had to stitch rooms. The room was very clean but there were holes on the wall and one of the lamps was torn. Very quiet, shower was clean and air conditioner work.

We arrived after the Sturgis SD motorcycle rally and I believe the resort was still recovering from the large influx of guests. Overall the property met our expectations, but really didn’t exceed them. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Desk clerk had checked another person into our room, thus confusing reservation and lack of first floor room for us. This Wingate wad super clean. The room was extra large. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food. You could walk to most anything you needed. Walmart across the road.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast was out by 6AM- awesome for sporting events that start early. Beds are comfy. The room wasn’t the cleanest, and is ran down. Water stains on the ceiling, curtains didn’t close and ALL the lighting outside shined in all night- 2nd night I used the bedding to cover the window. You can hear a lot of interstate traffic going by.
