Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Liebevoll angelegte Anlage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage ruhig und dennoch in kürzester Zeit direkt am Strand und im Trubel. Das einzige was wirklich nicht gut war war die Tatsache dass wir ein dreibettzimmer gebucht hatten was es so aber nicht gab. So mussten wir vor Ort noch für 500.000 IDR eine zusätzliche Matratze bezahlen die einfach ins Zimmer gelegt wurde. Dieses war dann aber einfach viel zu klein und man konnte sich im Zimmer kaum noch bewegen oder seine Sachen verstauen.

Ruhig, schöne Anlage und Pool. Sehr nettes Personal! Gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten direkt am Strand. Flossen und Masken stellt das Hotel für lau, Fahräder für ca. 3 Euro täglich (Taschenlampe mitnehmen)

Very nice place

On the "busy" side of the island but is located in a quiet alley. No noise at all! Short walk from all the restaurants and turtle point. Very friendly and helpful manager and staff. The rooms were clean and just the right size. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in on my trip. Absolute recommend this place.

A quiet and relaxing place to stay that’s close to everything, yet feels like it’s far away. Definitely rent the bikes everyday as it’s the fastest way to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk personal!

Rummen var enkla, men rena. Hotellet hade en jättefin ”innegård” med pool och solstolar med mycket växter runt om. Det låg bara ca 400 meter från strand och strandgatan på Gili T. Tips är verkligen att hyra cyklarna då trafik inte finns! Personalen var underbara! Trevliga och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas, vilket vi också gjorde! Wi-fi finns, men man loggas ut när man inte använder och ibland är det lite trögt. Men absolut fungerande! Helt klart valuta för pengarna!

Great place,and a great price

We booked 2 rooms, at Gili palms, only about 10 min easy walk from the jetty. the checkin was a breeze, the pool was excellent relief from the hot day lazying on the near by beaches. the room fridge was a big bonus stocked full of drinks and snacks at good prices, bike hire is also available Excellent breakfast . Great value for money.

Good value for money

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good value. Pool was clean. Room was small but had everything we needed including A/C, well-stocked fridge and comfortable bed. We had some minor leakage with the rain and the exterior bugs were pesky, but other than that we had a great stay.

Nice hotel close to all the attractions

This hotel is very well managed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was the best in town. The location was perfect just close enough to the busy nightlife via bike but far enough away to have a peaceful night sleep. I would highly recommend Gili Palm Resort.

Great place.

Room was big enough for two, a slight squeeze for three. Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Location was great for the very short walk to the main strip, the walk down the dark alley wasn't great at night.

Lovely oasis. I cannot complain at all

Perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff and rooms that’s are ideal and big. rooms cleaned daily and the best mini bar I’ve ever had (stocked with everything and reasonably priced). The pool area is lovely and quiet which is unusual for Gili T. The whole place was amazing value for money.

리뷰가 좋아서 갔었는데.. 실망이였습니다.

가격대비 후기가 좋아서 예약했는데. 전체적으로 별로 였습니다. 화장실 샤워실위에 천장 뚫여있고 불켜도 어두워서 밤엔 씻는거 조차 힘들었고. 벌레 모기 도 다들어오고 ㅋㅋ물도 잘안내려가서 물이 가득찼었고..뜨거운물도 안나와서 2박3일동안 찬물로 샤워했더니 감기까지 걸렸네요.. 객실안에는 물도없고 아무것도 없습니다. 칫솔같은것도 없구요. 챙겨 가시는게 좋구요..조식은.. 미고랭 나시고랭 시켰는데. 미고랭 라면봉지 들고 와서 직접만들어 주드라구요 ㅋㅋ 맛은 나쁘진않았네요. 스노쿨링이랑 오리발 공짜로 빌려주는데. 다뜯어지고.. 상태안좋아요 ㅋㅋ물다들어오고..자전거도 숙소에서 빌려주긴 하나... 자전거 역시 허접해서 모래많은곳은 자전거 끌고 가야돼요 ㅋㅋ 숙소로 들어가는 골목길엔 가로등 하나 없어서 밤에 여자혼자 다니긴 무서울듯 싶네요. 골목길엔 박쥐가 날아다니드라구요 ....ㅋㅋ 아그리고 객실 청소하고 나서도 타올도 안챙겨주니깐 타올달라고 꼭 얘기해야됩니다. 담번에 또 길리를 간다면 비싸도 괜찮은 숙소를 갈렵니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Clean and pleasant hotel

It was a pleasant and clean hotel. Overall good experience. My favourite part of the hotel was the cats that live there. There was a good size swimming pool and free breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very lovely staff

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Only 2 bad points was the cats in the kitchen area and our room had a door leading to the next room so we could hear everything. The shower was outside but in the day it was roasting hot and the sun would be directly on you and the barroom area got full of water when showering. Very clean though and excellent customer service from the staff

깨끗하고 관리가 잘되는 숙소였어요 방 크기가 약간 적지만 밖에서 오래 있을거라몀 동아와서 쉬기는 좋았어요 항구에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸려요 작지맘 수영장도 있고 아침식사도 주문받아서 바로 만들어주었습니다 직원들의 서비스가 남다르게 친잘했는데 발리에서 길리로 가는 배가 안떠서 하루 뒤로 미뤄달라고 메일을 보냈더니 흔쾌히 날짜변경울 해줬습니다 그리고 스노클링하다가 발목응 다쳐서 약 파는 곳을 알려달라햤더니 네가지 약을 가져와서 소독해주고 약 발라주고 방수밴드까지 븥여줬어요! 서비스가 정말 감동이었네요.

Gili Palms is about a km north of the main noisy party area of Gili Trawangan, so it was nice to be in a quiet area at night. Great place! I will stay here again when I visit.

Mysigt hotell, fin pool och jättetrevlig man som tog emot oss i receptionen. Helt klart prisvärt. Fanns cyklar att hyra av hotellet för en billig slant.
