Das Zimmer und der Aufenthalt war alles in Allem in Ordnung. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, aber das Frühstück war okay. Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Personal .

The place was so nice we went back for a second stay. The breakfast was very good. The dinning room had big windows and wonderful views to look out as you ate. The rooms were roomy and clean. Each floor had a common room were we could sit and visit with relatives. There was plenty of parking at 10euros. There was an elevator from the cover parking to each floor. There was a small garden to walk through.

Zimmer ok, Kundenorientierung schlecht

Bis zu diesem Wochenende, bin ich immer in diesem Hotel abgestiegen - nichts spezielles aber ok für den Preis. Leider habe ich wiederholt schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Rezeptionisten Pradeep gesammelt und habe mich entschieden in Zukunft das B&B Hotel 50m entfernt zu besuchen.

Für 1 Nacht vollkommen ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Etwas schlecht ausgeschildert und abends schwer zu finden (Eingang nur im Innenhof), Frühstücksraum sehr steril und wenig gemütlich.

Das Hotel hat einen echt guten Eindruck gemacht & mein Zimmer war für meine Nacht hervorragend geeignet. Einziger „Mängel“: Das Warmwasser. In meinem Zimmer hat es extrem lang gedauert bis das Wasser warm wurde & dann gab es dauernd Schwankungen in der Wärme (kalt-warm-heiß). In der Dusche durfte man die Mischbatterie nahezu nicht mehr berühren, weil es sofort entweder richtig kalt oder richtig heiß wurde (auch wenn man den Hebel nur einen Millimeter bewegt hat). Davon abgesehen bin ich aber positiv gestimmt über meinen Aufenthalt - sehr freundliches & kooperatives Personal. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in diesem Hotel. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig. Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) möglich. Unser Zimmer war hell und freundlich, sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das Bad war modern und gut. Das Zimmer lag zur Rückseite das Hotel und sehr ruhig. auch wenn dort die An- und Abreise sowie der Zugang war. Gerne buchen wir es bei einem der nächsten Aufenthalte in Gießen wieder.
