Everything was as expected and the decor was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The only improovement could be softer pillows (they had a pillow menu, and we asked for a neck pillow - it was gigantic - not made for women.) The duvet was amazing and I used a corner for a pillow. I should have contacted the reception for another pillow.

Hotel mit tollem Service u schönem Ambiente

Sehr netter Empfang, tolles Kundenorientiertes Personal. Zimmer schön gestaltet und gross. Wellnessbereich geschmackvoll - Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und lecker.... dieses Hotel ist definitiv eine Empfehlung und dies war bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch dort.

Ein traumhaft schönes Designhotel, doch leider ist hinterm Haus eine Großbaustelle, so dass die Zimmer nach hinten raus ab sieben Uhr den extremen Baulärm von Baustellen-Fahrzeugen, Bagger, Planierraupen, Presslufthammer haben. Schade, wenn man diese Info bei Buchung und Check-In NICHT bekommt.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage, die Innenstadt ist problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen. Große und saubere Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung. Gemütliche Betten und kosenfreie Wahl unterschiedlicher Kissen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schöner Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach des Hotels. Unbedingt auch das dazugehörige Restaurant testen.. gehört ebenfalls zu den Besten in Gießen. Aufenthalt unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, tolle Lage (zu Fuß max. 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof). Highlight war die Auswahl an Kissen, die ich mir noch hätte "bestellen" können! Ich war allerdings mit dem vorhandenen schon wunschlos glücklich :)
