Voor een eenvoudig hotel is de kwaliteit/ prijs uitstekend!! Schone slaapkamer en goed liggend bed. De badkamer en toilet waren gerenoveerd. Dit wisten wij, omdat we 4 jaar geleden daar ook al hadden overnacht. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Wat in de koeling hoorde te staan stond er ook. Er was genoeg aan zoete producten. Wat wij heel prettig vinden aan dit hitel is de prima parkeergelegenheid. De auto staat achter gesloten rolluik in een soort van grote omheinde binnentuin.

Personnel excellent : au service du client Par contre les sols couloirs et escaliers vétustes usés. Mur chambre présentant des taches, usures. Salles de bain / toilettes vétustes. Choix restreint / quantité sur petit déjeuner même si les produits proposés ne sont pas frais sont de qualité correcte

Super hôtel, super accueil, le jeune a l’accueil conseil des restaurants au alentour si on a pas envie d’une pizza fait sur place. Il conseil à la suite de retour des clients donc s’intéresse à sa clientèle. Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Albergo a pochi minuti dal centro. Personale cortese e disponibile sia prima (avevo mandato un'email per avere delle delucidazioni) che durante il soggiorno. Colazione a buffet buona. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel loro cortile al chiuso.

Amazing Cost/quality ratio

The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

Hôtel en rénovation mais n avons pas été gêné par le bruit,le parking intérieur est très pratique, Chambre simple mais spacieuse,l hôtel est bien situé,dommage du papier toilette dans la cuvette des toilettes,et les trois araignées dans les rideaux.

un hôtel très classique

voici un hôtel dont les équipements deviennent de plus en plus dessué, salle de bain propre mais vieillissante avec un réglage eau chaude qui prend un temps fou ce qui provoque une perte énorme d'eau la chasse d'eau des toilette qui fuye, les fenêtre aussi devront être changé pour les économies d'énergies et réduire les bruits extérieurs. Sinon la literie est bonne et la chambre mal insonorisée (bruit de l'ascenseur des clients dans le couloir etc...) En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner même si le café est excellent un croissant et un morceau de pain ne suffit pas . Sans demander beaucoup plus vu le prix une tranche de jambon et un œuf dur seraient pour certains les bien venus. Aussi l'obligation de venir à l'hôtel pour récupérer la carte de la chambre sans pouvoir arriver en cours de nuit avec un système de coffre à code nous a fait perdre du temps dans notre organisation de journée.

Second séjour dans cet hôtel, le premier en novembre s'était bien passé. Mais là, catastrophe ! Je réserve une chambre a 2 lits, on me donne une chambre a 1 lit. On me change vers une chambre 2 lits, j'ai dû réclamer un drap de douche supplémentaire et descendre le chercher. Pas de serviette essuie mains. Pas de chauffage mais clim reversible, bruyante. Pas de depart tardif, nous avons dû payer une nuit supplémentaire pour que mon amie puisse rester la journee dans la chambre pendant que je travaillais. Pourtant l'hôtel etait loin d'être complet! Aucun sens commercial : alors que nous venions de regler cette nuit supplémentaire que nous nutiliserions donc pas (et la dame le savait), elle indique avoir oublié de compter le supplément chien... donc encore 10 euros a régler... et pour finir, le cocotier, un client habitué qui squatte l'entrée du parking le temps d'aller chercher le code à la réception, et qui du coup m'empêche d'entrer dans le parking, m'obligeant a attendre sur la rue hyper passante, donc à bloquer la circulation, puis au moment d'entrer dans le hall de l'hôtel limite il me bouscule pour rentrer avant moi (prétextant qu'il voulait me tenir la porte...). Quand je m'énerve il me traite de malade et de folle, et malgre tout la dame à la réception prend sa defense. Une chose est sûre ils ne sont pas prêts de me revoir...
