Clean seems like a very new property. Staff was attentive and kitchenette was nice. Having an ice bucket in the room would have been nice. Staff had to replace a lost key and were very professional

We switched rooms 3 times and at night the hotel outside lights, that light the parking lot, shined right in the room, didn't sleep well but customer service accommodated us besides the issues and they apologized I understood their situation can't find good housecleaners
