Very clean but very dated. Concrete everything (walls, floor) but very dog friendly. Great location within walking distance to everything you would need in Upper Gibsons. Short walk but steep hill down to Gibson’s Landing.

Clean & quiet & great helpful staff but a bit dated. But the reasonably low price reflects that. Lots easy parking and the shopping centre across the street provides convenient shopping for any necessities.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities in the room such as fridge, microwave oven coffee maker and kettle were useful. The only disappointment was that the advertised included breakfast was a coupon to Tim Hortons which was several blocks away. We were expecting a buffet style breakfast within the inn itself.

Although the room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly, the room does need an upgrade. For the rate we paid, we could have stayed at an upscale hotel in Vancouver, not a 90’s renovated Inn. Bed was firm and hard, pillows were good. Overall, decent stay if it were priced appropriately.

The hotel is at a pretty good location. Just 2-3 minutes drive from Gibsons landing. The room was okay and not too great. There bit of damp smell upon first entering the room. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioner. There was no.elevator but that was fine. Considering the price i paid for a one night stay just over $200 was not a bad deal, since everything else around was expensive. The place is not the best but it isn't too bad either.

Just checked out today after 2 nights stay and it was a great experience. The front desk receptionist is really nice and check-in was easy. The property has an excellent location near Gibsons Landing and lots of restaurants within the vicinity. There's a pool (under maintenance), hot tub, sauna and gym which are pretty decent. We are at the 2nd floor and this property has no elevator (but we don't mind). Our room is good and has a balcony. The only thing I would complain are the pillows. For some reason they are square and small. The beds are comfy and has a/C. Definitely coming back again. And we have a daily coupon to spend at Tim Horton's which is great!!! 😍

Booked this property kind of last minute-ish after our Sunshine Coast travel plans changed slightly. The reviews are a pretty good indicator of what you're going to get — as a family of three we had a fine stay. Yes the property is on the older side but we loved the generous size of our second floor room perfect for our young child to roam around. The beds are squeaky and the walls are quite thin but other than one guest the room over blasting his TV at full volume (the friendly front desk staff was quick to help out) it was quiet when we were asleep. The bathrooms are clean, and we made good use of the nice hot tub and sauna. Some of the equipment in the gym is quite old but the free weights looked new and was sufficient to get in a quick workout or two. The meal vouchers for Tim Hortons are honestly a nice touch and can actually be used any time of day. The property being right in central Gibsons across from the mall was really handy too. Would stay again :)

I like when receptionist greeted us with a smile when we checked in . With free water / coffee / cookies / candies / fruits like apple and mandarin by the reception . Rooms are big and clean but pillows are small not queen size .the AC is small and noisy but makes the room cool. Toilet bowl are low and hard to sit for tall people . Can not find the dryer for hair . Tims hortons voucher is good treat and $8.50 each person . But only sandwiches and you can not pick for breakfast meal but you can get donut and coffee . . No reception at early morning and start at 9 am but there is emergency phone number to call and i guess because this is Inn and not a hotel . But overall is fine .

We chose this hotel because we required "pet friendly" for our son and his family, who were joining us, and wanted a pool to enjoy with other family members staying at the hotel. The pet friendly ground floor room for our son and family was very spacious, with a small but adequate kitchenette. Our room, on the upper floor, was accessible only by stairs as there is no elevator service. Thankfully, the staff helped carry luggage, which was substantial for a 3-night stay. The best part of our stay was the heated outdoor pool.
