Comfortable accommadation in great location for everything in the town centre and the rock. Easy walk from the airport and border crossing. Near many good restaurants and bars in the Ocean village. First of all we have received an upgrade and the views are spectacular. The staff was amazing, responsive and kind. The location of the yatch hotel was pretty good as well. The room was well maintained mostly but some parts of the room didn’t feel clean.

Just done 5 days at the beginning of March at this hotel. Overall a good experience but this hotel does have issues. First off there is no way this is a 5 star hotel, 4 at best (though they do charge 5 star prices!!) The room was clean and spacious overlooking the marina. The hotel inside was also very nice and very clean (the outside however was quite shabby and in need of work with flaky varnish, rusty handrails and a general lack of maintenance. We had breakfast which was buffet style (should be served if 5 star) tasty and plentiful however they serve mikl for breakfast cerial

The staff was excellent. Front desk agents were friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant staff was attentive without hovering and courteous. The rooms were clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were plenty of options and it was kept fresh and hot/cold at all times.
