Great stay on the Sunborn Yacht the rooms are beautiful the bed is comfy. Only complaint was the noise coming from the top deck in the early hours of the morning sounded like chairs and tables were being dragged around. The breakfast is amazing

The yacht hotel is extremely impressive with a great location, the room was spacious clean and very well appointed. The breakfast was typical buffet and maybe not five star the swimming pool area was fairly cramped and not inviting the Pool is quite small and being on the top deck can be very windy. General the staff on the yacht were extremely helpful. Unfortunately the bar staff around the Pool were extremely slow I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

I booked a twin room at cheapest end of their room rates and as expected at water line facing the moored side of dock with no real view but room itself very nice with good bathroom and kept clean but noisy and TV channels didn't all work took edge off experience a wee bit, breakfast was excellent every day and pool bar was pleasant, generally all staff encountered where friendly enough.

Obviously being a 5 star hotel you'd expect a nice place, well this doesn't disappoint. I booked a parking space on advance and when I arrived, there was a member of staff waiting to help with bags. Getting there is a bit confusing at the minute because of local building work, so it's worth calling them for help. Unique in that it's a converted cruise liner which makes it fun. Breakfast is amazing, the guys at the pool bar were brilliant, and the food in the restaurants was outstanding.

Comfortable accommadation in great location for everything in the town centre and the rock. Easy walk from the airport and border crossing. Near many good restaurants and bars in the Ocean village. Lovely clean room, facing the Marina and runway (only 4 or 5 flights a day). Great staff service and housekeeping. Exceptional breakfast which is standard. I highly recommend the spa which is located on level seven of the hotel ( massage and facial).

The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it- which is not the customer service you need. Room service we ordered once and the menu did not match what they were saying. And there was noise above our room that woke us up during the Night (other guests complained of the same). But it was in a really good location.
