“Me han cobrado un suplemento de 35 euros por llegar después de las 18:00. No me hicieron una copia doble de las llaves y la habitación estaba fuera del hotel. Si se hubiera borrado la clave de la llave tendría que haber dormido en la calle, ya que recepción no volvía hasta la mañana siguiente. ”

“Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !”

“La habitación estaba limpia, solo que tenía un olor muy particular, como si hubieran colocado recientemente pintura, al no haber personal en la recepción fue difícil solicitar un cambio. El desayuno bueno y basto.”

My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”
