Check in easy (code to get key). Good central location- easily walkable. Room was a nice size & had everything we needed. Comfy bed. We struggled getting the a/c working (suspect that was a user issue) so would have liked some instructions on that.

Es begann damit, dass wir keine Mail mit dem Code für die Tür erhielten, man hatte uns vergessen. Es gibt keine Rezepttion. Es funktioniert über Mails. Die Kommunikation war bei uns daher nicht optimal.unsere teuren E Bikes mussten auf der Straße geparkt werden. Das Haus ist historisch und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Eine Renovierung im Treppenhaus und im Flur wäre angebracht. Es riecht muffig. Ein Lichtblick war das moderne Bad nur Rituals-Produkten (Shampoo war leer). Für den Preis haben wir in Brügge ein tolles Hotel inklusive Frühstück bekommen, daher waren wir enttäuscht

La qualità prezzo è ottima e la camera molto bella e pulita ma il caldo è stato un problema perché dopo aver spento l’aria condizionata non è stato più possibile riaccenderla. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza e ci hanno risposto che l’avrebbero accesa da remoto mentre noi eravamo in giro ma al nostro ritorno ancora non era possibile regolare la temperatura e faceva caldo. Inoltre non è stato un gran problema ma è da tener presente che non c’è ascensore e le camere sono al secondo piano.
