The hotel is centrally located and close to tourist areas. The room (Daydream) is clean and equipped with a kitchenet which is very convenient. The cleaning crew clearly did a good job on the day we arrived (May 17th, 2026), and they were very helpful during our check in process.
However, we noticed that the host was completely absent despite our repeated requests for information related to our stay. Since we would be at the facility 2 hours earlier before the check-in time of 4 pm and would like to store our carry on luggage temporarily, I contacted the host repeatedly by e-mails and message, asking how to gain access to the building. For some reason, the owner has never replied my enquiries until this day (June 3rd). At first, I thought that the host could be away on vacation but later realized that it may not be the case as the cleaning crew was not aware the owner was on vacation.
I also noticed some other issues. For example, there was a quite strong night light (safety light?), very close to the sleeping bed. Unless you are a teen age, it is almost impossible to fall into sleep with such a light next to your head. I can see some previous guests' efforts to duck tape the light, but the light is very high and it is dangerously unsafe to do this job. There were also some lights not working in the kitchenet area. The carpet in the sitting area is too soft and could be a tripping hazard. The outside gate door open switch is not easy to find and needs clear signage.
