We had a wonderful stay at Grand Pillows. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We also loved the cocktails at the bar — definitely a highlight of our stay! Would happily stay here again.

I wish I could give more stars to this property. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The hotel is immaculate. The staff was top notched. The spa and amenities were amazing after a long day of walking, touring Ghent. The breakfast was wonderful. Honestly, just a wonderful experience. Highly, highly recommend.

We booked two rooms for our stay, and we were even upgraded to a larger room, which was such a wonderful surprise! The hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our concierge was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show us the beautiful spa, the upstairs bar, and the gorgeous restaurant located inside the hotel.

Well located boutique hotel within a strolling distance from the old town. Surrounding one way streets and limited hotel parking spots makes it difficult to station the car. Good breakfast ran efficiently by a young local crew from that area which is mostly immigrant oriented.

Beautiful hotel in a historical building in the centre of Gent. Walking distance to all the main sights. We stayed in a junior suite which is spacious and comfortable with exposed beams on the top floor. Unfortunately no view because the windows look out on the roofs on the buildings on the opposite side of the street.
