The staff of the hotel were very friendly and kind. Our stay was short, but the hotel was adequate for what we needed. We did not use any amenities. Breakfast was typical stuff and adequate.

4 of us stayed in 2 separate rooms. Everything was clean and well managed. A few worn down parts in the room, but overall was very pleased. Less than 10 minutes from the fair grounds with minor traffic.

The carpet in hallways should be replaced. The electrical outlets in the room were definitely old. There was a dehumidifier in the room when we got there. I assume to cover up the “old carpet” or musty smell. The room could have used a quick cleaning but for the price point, we overlooked it. On the plus side staff was polite, check in and check out was quick and easy.
