The best place to stay! Very helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Everything about the experience was perfect. The Colton motel is in walking distance of most of the local shops.

The room was clean and the A/C worked great! Staff made check-in easy and there was plenty of parking. The only downside was that the pool was not open but they did have an open pool at their other motel which was close by

Room was clean air conditioner worked but had a musty smell. Everything work shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything was within walking distance. The only time we used the car was to do the auto trail. We would come back to this motel.

This place is no-frills for sure, but it does offer the best stay for the price. The room provided everything we needed. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated with a really good shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is ideal.

This is a vintage motel with unparalleled location next to the Gettysburg National Military Cemetery and National Park battlefields. The property has been recently refurbished. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner/heat worked fine. The new, adjacent Steinwehr Diner is a plus for full meals...no need to hunt for parking. Other eateries are within walking distance. I prefer this older motel to the more modern multi-level hotels with higher rates.
