This is a great onsen experience. Great service and friendly staff. The baths are good and clean, and the kaiseki food is fantastic. Building is a bit old, but the traditional rooms were comfortable and atmospheric. Would go again!

家族で1泊させていただきました。お世話になりました。温泉、食事はいたって普通設備等に老朽化を感じるが、全然許容範囲でした。受付のレジェンド的な男性が、気になるくらいのタメ口？　別に偉そうにお客は神様と言うわけではないが、もう少し丁寧に接客した方が良いと感じました。

部屋の温泉半露天風呂が開放的な眺めで素晴らしい。大浴場は美人の湯の名の通り肌がすべすべになりました。部屋はリニューアルされていて気持ちのよい空間でちょうどよい広さでした。お部屋が素晴らしかっただけに朝食会場とのギャップが残念な感じでした。バスローブがあるのが嬉しかったです。
