The staff at the hotel are very friendly, and the room is tidy and clean. The hotel has a long history, which adds to its charm. My favorite part is the beautiful view—right by the river, it’s simply stunning! I will stay here again if visit Gero next time.

温泉街へ歩いてすぐに行くことができます。フロントでのスタッフの対応もとても親切です。入り口付近で温泉街へ行くために道を調べていると、すぐにスタッフの方が気付いて声をかけて下さり、地図をくれて説明もして下さいました。部屋も清掃が行き届いており、景色も良くとても快適でした。

The onsen in 5th floor is so good that facing the cherry blossom during my stay. Overall the hotel condition is a bit old but the price is good.

온천수의 수질 최고입니다

일본 3대 온천답게 온천수의 수질은 정말 최고입니다. 개인용 노천탕이 있는 룸을 이용했지만 대욕장의 노천탕이 정말 좋았습니다. 게로역에서 숙소까지 송영 서비스도 정말 감사했습니다. 입욕비는 별도였던 게 조금 당황스러웠지만 수질이 좋아서 이해하려합니다.^^
