Très bon séjour. Le seul bémol est que je n'ai pas reçu le texto pour me donner le code de l'entrée. Heureusement, je suis arrivé quand le restaurant était encore ouvert pour pouvoir parler à quelqu'un. Puis-je suggérer à la direction d'envoyer le code d'entrée non pas par un seul moyen de communication mais aussi de le communiquer par email ou l'application par laquelle s'est fait la réservation ou cas où? Cela devrait éviter ce genre de désagrément à d'autres voyageurs dans le futur. Sinon, rien à redire à propos de l'hébergement qui était parfait.

C'est notre petit pied à terre quand nous venons à Gérardmer ! Jamais déçus de revenir et de retrouver la chambre face au lac, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel !

Très bon séjour

Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. Notre chambre était agréable bien décorée et avec une bonne literie. Un petit déjeuner très copieux aussi bien en salé que sucré. Un joli petit balcon avec vue sur le lac. Un séjour très agréable sans se ruiner. Nous conseillons cet hôtel et nous y retournerons.

Petit hôtel bien situé, en bord de lac. Les 4 nuits que nous y avons passées ont été calmes. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct avec choix satisfaisant. Personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseil pour agrémenter les jours pluvieux en donnant des idées de sortie dans la région. Rien à redire concernant la propreté de la chambre. Hôtel qui peut être recommandé sans hésitation.

Vue lac, très bonne nuit, délicieux petit déjeuner

Un très bel établissement à la décoration montagne soignée et chaleureuse. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur le lac (on ne peut pas faire mieux !) et le balcon avec table et chaises, le copieux et délicieux petit-déjeuner (au tarif raisonnable), la très bonne nuit de sommeil et une salle de douche fonctionnelle. La propriétaire est aussi très sympathique et à l'écoute. Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous ayons séjourné à Gérardmer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :) Merci pour le séjour !
