On the confirmation letter right at the top, it said check in is from 4:00-8:00pm. We arrived shortly after 7:00 pm and the place was locked up. I tried buzzing the door and calling the number for the hotel, no one answered. This reservation was fully paid for. Way down at the end of the reservation document it said that you have to contact them at least 24 hours before your arrival. This should have been included at the top of the document where it says check in is between 4:00-8:00. We ended up having to rent another hotel for the evening.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mes 3 enfants et ma maman la chambre était spacieuse propre tout était parfait et la dame qui tient l'hôtel très gentille merci beaucoup pour votre accueil si un jour nous revenons a Gérardmer nous réserveront a nouveau dans cet hôtel car vraiment proche de tout magasins, pharmacie, restaurant, le lac je recommande vraiment

Quarto era amplo mas hotel um pouco antigo. Nao tem elevador e escada estreita. Dificil de subir com mala grande. A sra que ficava no local deixou para comprar as coisas do cafe da manha so quando pedimos. So tinha pao e manteiga. Perguntei do queijo e ela foi comprar queijo e leite. É bem localizado. O quarto é bom.
