So many options for breakfast. Even fresh lemon for tea. Room clean and comfortable. Check in and out very easy. Was able to park right in front of hotel at no charge but they also have covered parking for a fee.

Wir waren zu einer Oper im Theater angereist was in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels liegt. Dies ist natürlich recht praktisch. Auch vom Hauptbahnhof ist das Hotel fußläufig zu erreichen. Freundlich, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal! Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Das Positive vorneweg: das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und ruhig, das Bad modern und sauber. Auch bietet der Frühstücksraum genügend Platz und mehrere Kaffeemaschinen - beides wusste ich sehr zu schätzen. Das Zimmer war aber ansonsten so abgenutzt und "muffelig", wie ich es in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie ehrlicherweise indiskutabel finde. Da das Hotel auf Grund einer Großveranstaltung komplett ausgebucht war, habe ich auch gar nicht erst versucht zu tauschen. Und wenn man ein Nichtraucher Zimmer bestellt, irritiert ein Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch schon sehr...
