“Great location on the beach, but absolutely no amenities”

“The stay was great. Unit was nicely appointed and very clean. My only complaint is that the unit we got was not the same as the picture in the ad. The ad showed a full ocean view. Only a few units have such a view. Most such as ours have a limited partial view down the side of the building.”

“This was a wonderful stay we ended up booking last minute because our previous place had problems. Were able to be accommodated and enjoyed our time. There is no free parking or a laundry in the unit but apart from that it was well maintained and they even came to help us when the shower was broken. The pool was nice and it’s very accessible to everything.”

“Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

“The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...
