The location of this Hotel is perfect. Walking distance to everything downtown. Great water views and a very nice outdoor bar Eliza’s on the water with a fire pit for chilly nights. The bar offered appetizers, the crab dip was delicious . The restaurant The Independent had an excellent breakfast so we decided to have dinner there as well. It did not disappoint. This hotel is decorated in a fun and classy style. We had a great experience.

We felt welcomed from the moment we entered to the sad time when we needed to leave. Clean, well appointed, beautiful design details and so close to many restaurants and shops, not to mention the views to the waterway.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area. Rooms were clean and comfortable especially the bed. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Outside bar was nice on the river. Restaurant was good but pricey. Will certainly come back and highly recommend the George.

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was very cordial and helpful. It was a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed walking and visiting the town of Georgetown. Would highly recommend this hotel. Can't wait to visit again.

Property was beautiful, lobby and halls were so nicely done. Rooms was nice, clean but nothing special. After seeing the lobby we were expecting a little more upstairs but I still wouldn’t stay in any other hotel in Georgetown. Some nice touches though in the room, robes were nice and appreciated, bath products were also well done. Parking was not a problem.
