Everything really, the place is beautiful. Well maintain well supplied brand new stuff. Beautiful bathroom big nice bed, lighting, fancy lights, beautiful kitchen and good secure place with management available anytime if need be. Great location, good neighbors, restaurants, and stores. Property was clean, the noise level was reasonable with occasional loud music from passing cars. Management was very polite, professional and accommodating as well as available. Bathroom is located on the first level and the bedroom is on the second level of the unit. I found this very inconvenient.

The place had no parking for tenants, the stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb, the countertop was filthy, garbage was openly stored under the counter, both bathrooms are located on the same floor as the kitchen, most dangerous was the bedrooms are located in the attic with no fire escape and you have to enter one bedroom for access to the second bedroom with no privacy. I immediately moved out after speaking with the owner.

They charge more at the door than what you contract them. It's supposed to be $30 USD for cleaning and it states that in the contract. But when you get to the property- they charge you whatever price they deem fit. The water comes out brown, both in the showers and faucet. This place is falling a part!! When you try to bring it to their attention- they have the audacity to try and blame you as the resident for the damages. Avoid this place! Even the locals state that this property is over priced for your money. Can't believe how shockingly bad this experience was.
