For the price of $250-300/night, the rooms were average at best. Awful pillows. The worst part is, I stayed Thursday night for $100 a night. The additional price doesn't change your ammenities or expectations, same low quantity rooms. Casino is nice. Staff is great. Hotel is poor.

I didn't like that the office was closed, or that the kiosk did not accept my ID. It kept it a long time, then when it spit it out, it kept recirculating back to the beginning. The route to the front loby was confusing, and some staff were also confused. However, the front lobby was accomodating, very friendly & it felt like home. When I returned having misunderstood the directions, one representative walked me to the elevator. It was very much appreciated after a long hard day.
