The room was well appointed and clean. Staff appeared disconnected and not very knowledgable of their facilities. The staff definitley requires additional training.

Overall the property is nice. It’s a bit expensive for the La know amenities. The rooftop skybar wasn’t open. Gym wasn’t opened. One restaurant was open, however the menu was ok and the price was very expensive. I ordered the crème brûlée, worst crème brûlée I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t mind staying here once the property is fully up and running. The staff was nice but not very engaging unless you engage them. Again, nice property but based on location, available amenities, food and cost I’d reconsider staying here again. #Overpriced
