Clean room, staff was great!

Such a great property with an awesome staff. We had a great stay and our dogs loved it too.

Amazing hotel in a great location with superb staff and amenities, impeccably clean and convenient to everything. Couldn’t have been any better.

I am a Hilton Honors Member and I always stay at a Hilton hotel if I can. For my most recent stay at Home2, there were several things to like. The room was great, the staff was excellent, and the location was great. Breakfast (included) was very disappointing. By 8:30 am, most of the food was gone and there were few clean dishes. Half an hour later, a little more food was brought out but by then, we needed to go. A frustrating way to end what was otherwise a very nice stay.

Elevator was broken our entire stay and the upgraded Executive Suite definitely needs some significant upgrades. We couldn’t use the outlets next to our bed due to them being too loose and unable to hold our chargers. Definitely not the stay we expected, unfortunately.

Location to the train station was excellent, easy walk from Union Stn w luggage, lots of great restaurants around, pedestrian friendly for sure. Apartment room was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything was provided and then some. Check-in process was different than what was detailed on hotel website. They have eliminated key fobs and access codes and entry codes and now just use it standard room keycard that works the elevator and the room and the front door to the hotel which makes it all pretty easy. Staff was great and helpful answering questions about what was around. I would definitely stay here again!

Loud AC HVAC with no directional controls, poor parking
