The staff was amazing. Thank you to Razi for helping us extend when our flight was delayed. The room is definitely 4 stars. AC was weak. Took almost an hour to drop 4 degrees. Had to ask for towels and TP and the bed is quite firm. That said, it is close to shopping and the airport and the pool was nice and not crowded at all. Would stay again. And the price on site was actually less than Expedia!

Raia Hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Penang Island on business. It is situated within 20 minutes walking distance from the Airport (Penang International) and is safe, secure and well looked after. It has great WIFI, Huge smart TV in the rooms, desk for working and all the amenities you might expect. Additionally they have a buffet style restaurant.
