We stayed for only one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Rooms were very nice and updated. Loved the boat ride to the beach bar. Restaurant was delicious and easy to walk to nearby shops. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!

Amazing stay. Service is top-notch! Restaurant is amazing. The view is beautiful. We had a two bedroom ocean front with balcony. It was perfect! Even had a view from the bathroom in private balconies off from each bedroom. Great location downtown

The pool was lovely. Great to see turtles swimming around the deck in front of the resort. We enjoyed the food served in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Property is in old buildings but our room was recently updated. The room is very nice, just as the photos show, and clean. Pool is small, view is great! Over all I would say it is one of the nicer hotels in downtown Georgetown.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the blue waters Exuma has to offer. The best part was, the staff was unbelievably helpful and very nice. We got in a little early and the room was ready for us which made our first day so much better. This place is great and highly recommend.

Well, acceptable as there are no many hotel options in Exuma. The facility it is why it is, but staff, responsiveness, services and cleanliness are at the bare minimum to run the structure. Also having hot water in the shower was not an easy task.

We stayed on the Georgetown side. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s no beach access but there’s a boat to take you to Stocking Island which has a beach. Also the pool is under construction and completely not functional. That was a big disappointment for us having small kids..no pool and no beach. It was an ok hotel for a few nights but I was glad we didn’t book it for our entire vacation.
