A fabulous resort all round…Can not fault. We spent New Years Eve here and had such a fun time, the atmosphere was amazing and the little note, party goodies left in our room on NYE was a very nice touch. A resort I will definitely return to in future😊

Good Resort, bit far from city

Very good location per se, but bit far from most places. It's a resort, great for family and elderly. Not that great for singles or friends. Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out Property is decent and room are fine. Very friendly staff, though reception staff are not that great with English, at times.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning!

Under my circumstances the hotel was beautiful. Careful in the sun. I got a little sunburned because of a lack of enough umbrellas. But great place. Prices in bar and restaurants a bit high. Guess they figure if you can pay for the place, you won't mind the prices. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff incredibly friendly
