Hotel was well maintained and clean. Suite we stayed in was very spacious and well maintained. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location was good with easy access to most places of interest, however currently there is no beach but I believe one is planned as part of the water front project.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Rooms were clean and good size. Close to many places. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing stay, friendly staff and beautiful views of the coast from our upgraded room with sea views. Got the breakfast upgrade and it was worth it at $2/pp. Across the hotel is a skatepart and slides which is part of Pennangs expansion project so this hotel is a central location for enjoying the facilities being built. If you like halal food just go out of the hotel and walk, left, it'll have th best street food, halal wagyu, and a fresh seafood spot called Ikran Bakar and they fry you fresh fish with some spicy paste on top and its to die for. Also a short walk from the mall where you can buy a long board to get around like i did.
