The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. If it is all of the aforesaid, it is a real challenge getting in and out of the property. The room was nice and spacious, but two of the beds were in a loft which required even more climbing up a spiral staircase. If you are young and fit, this is a very nice place to stay, but if mobility can be a concern, this property may pose a challenge.

The location is great and the room itself was nice and even charming, but I wouldn’t stay here again: - The check-in website takes a long time to fill out b/c country fields don’t populate correctly. We had to try about 5 times for each, and there are many (Country where passport issued, country of residence, etc. for each person). - The web link to get in front door for the first time didn’t work and told us the function wasn’t available. The alternate method (code to lock box) also didn’t work. The company did respond and we got in, but it took a while. - The wifi in the room was terrible to the point of being almost entirely unusable. - The bathroom has a tub, but there is no shower curtain or barrier and you have to hold the shower head (attempting not to spray everywhere). - Biggest issue: There are people onsite who are clearly staff, but when you walk through the common areas they don’t say hello and studiously avoid eye contact. It’s very strange and uncomfortable and makes you feel like you’re invading their space. I understand it’s not a hotel, but some basic courtesy would be nice. - I could do without the repeated reminders that if you leave the door propped open, check out late, etc. you will be charged $200. It’s fine to post policies, but it’s a bit of overkill, especially combined with the unwelcoming staff. All in all, it was a very strange experience.

La chambre d'hote est difficile à trouver, c'est très mal indiqué. De plus, les 15€ de taxe de séjour se transforment en 30€ de taxe de la ville à régler impérativement via un site internet douteux par carte bancaire. Après avoir cherché l'hébergement pendant 1h, nous avons tenté de rentrer pendant 1h et c'est une cliente qui nous à ouvert. Il n'y a aucune réception

Der var skimmelsvamp i vindueskarmen. Udover det, var der ikke varmt vand i bruseren som i øvrigt også var i stykker. Elendigt bad. Udover det, så var der ikke billeder af værelset, da vi bookede, så det var ikke muligt at se værelset, men der var kun fotos af foyeren. Sødt personale.
