Just two nights during a heatwave. Great location but entrance bit scruffy. Friendly staff very helpful especially with complicated parking arrangements. Room spacious for a city centre hotel.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good for dinner. The location was an easy walk to historical sites. Very reasonably priced for the accommodations.

Two nights in Genoa

Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made

Lovely hotel. Good-sized room, helpful staff, great location. They shouldn’t charge for breakfast (18 euros is a lot), but otherwise the experience was completely positive.

The hotel was very nice. Large room and nice bathroom. We felt very safe there. The staff were super helpful and gave great recommendations. The area of the hotel and port area was nice. There are some sketchier areas in the old city. Just be aware and be smart.

Situated across the street from Genoa harbor, great location for walking to food, shops, attractions and 15 mibute walk from train station. Good size rooms, friendly staff. The only negative was that our shower had some visible mold in it.

Great for family travel

One of the only hotels I could find with 2 beds. This was a beautiful room with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms and a spiral staircase. Staff was friendly and efficient and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area, places to eat and visit. Only stayed 1 night before a cruise but it was memorable. Right across from the waterfront where all the action is. Perfect for family travel.

Room was very spacious and clean. We had a loft style room - the bedroom was up top over looking the living room area. Bathroom was very large and had lots of towels and bath amenities. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful when asking for suggestions.
