My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful. The hotel staff was the best!

Rarely write reviews for hotel stays, but this is easily 4 or 5 star quality. Great renovated rooms. Great service, very accomodating. Did not hesitate to rebook for a second night.

Nice 3 star but priced too high

Clean room, small hotel located in the very heart of Genova. To me hotel prices are too high nowadays but unfortunately that’s the reality we are facing. For 150 euro per night I don’t think it’s good value for money but I was happy with service, staff attitude and room confort.

Old world charm

We loved our room which had a balcony over looking XXSettembre. Providing us a Birds Eye view of the victory parade for the local soccer team on Saturday. The hotel sported a central caged in elevator with all the old world charm, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Very spacious room with high ceilings.

Decent location and clean but breakfast a disaster

Hotel in decent location. Looks to be recently renovated. Breakfast was a disaster. Only 9 tables setup in breakfast area. Had to queue alongside 4 other groups to wait for a table. When we got a table, we had to sit for a few mins until a staff member came across to clear it and clean with a handheld hoover. At that point we realised that the wait was not worth it as the breakfast was very basic, one of the worst we've had travelling across Italy over the last few years. Based on this experience, we skipped the hotel breakfast on the second day

Ótimo hotel

Hotel muito bom, amei o Café da manhã, tinha muita variedade, frutas deliciosas e uma focaccia maravilhosa. Quarto confortável e silencioso. A arquitetura do prédio é linda, o elevador é sensacional. A recepção fica no primeiro andar, tem que subir de elevador ou escada. Nao tem estacionamento.

Petite escale avant de continuer notre périple

Hôtel propre et super bien situé au centre de Genes. Le parking qui est proposé par l’hôtel est à 200 m à peine. La situation de l’hôtel permet de tout faire à pied. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon. Le petit bémol est l’isolation phonique pas très bien isolé.
