Our first in Genoa

This hotel was very well situated and next to train station and other forms of transportation. It was safe quiet and I upgraded with a fee to a larger room with view to station and port. Near restaurants.

This is our third stay at the Grand Savoia. It is one of our most favorite hotels. The staff is very responsive and helped us in many of our needs. The breakfast buffet and the Tralalero Restaurant are outstanding. A real Gem with outstanding food and service.

Classic old hotel a bit tattered

Room was small but it's a cool old hotel. Maybe seen better days but I'd definitely stay there again. Great piano in the lobby in the evenings, great location, pricey breakfast. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

A lovely hotel

Very enjoyable night spent at the lovely Grand Savoia. The room was very quiet and came with thoughtful touches like bath salts for the soaking tub. The bed was comfy with quality pillows and bedding. If we ever pass through Genoa again, we are staying at the Grand Hotel Savoia!

Stunning old hotel which has not been Hilton-ized. Spa was wonderful, breakfast and dinner at the attached bistro were very worthwhile. Hotel was very full, and it seemed there were not quite enough staff to comfortably run a 5* experience, although they certainly were trying.
