Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Genoa! The Bristol Palace was stunning from the moment we walked in—the architecture, elegant details, and gorgeous staircase made the entire hotel feel so special. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Such a charming and memorable place to stay in Genoa. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹

The hotel is old world beautiful and has a fabulous location. Breakfast is just ok - coffee and eggs were cold every day. We were waiting in line to check out and the man at reception skipped us and took someone he clearly knew. I give it 4 stars for beauty and location and would stay there again

Everything was fantastic here. It's in a great location, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was also a huge highlight. I highly recommend. Bring your own hair dryer, the one provided isn't good.

Excellent location close to everything. Staff are first class in every respect. Nice buffet breakfast with outside seating on the patio but it fills up fast on nice mornings. Short walk to many restaurants. About the only downside was the 32 euros per night to park. I had a single room. It was small but then its Europe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Top hotel in an excellent location for walking, shopping, dining, meeting for tours. Staff wonderful. Comfortable room with cleaning service twice a day Did not partake in their restaurant but bar area was fun and friendly, and not too crowded. Ivan is quite an artist with making drinks. Breakfast was nice although not many vegan options. I would stay here again anytime.

I felt like a princess and my prince. Ivanfrom the bar was so helpful with local information. He also spoke 4 languages. The front desk staff was attentive even when busy they looked up and acknowledged my presence. The room was immaculate. Easy to access with a huge bath. Chandelier in the center. Tea and coffee . Breakfast was wonderful with a great staff. Best stay on our 22 day Italy trip.
