It’s a quiet and clean hotel located close to the shopping area and close to the train station (10 min walkable distance). Safe area. Few parking spots, but we were able to park at the hotel.

Hotel's location near city center made our stay very convenient. We were on our way back from Italy to France and needed a stay for one day and night. We're glad we chose this hotel. We parked on the street near the Hotel's entrance located at the top floor. We were able to explore the city center by easy walking from the hotel.

It is a 10 minute walk from the metro and big fountain. As you walk to and from, you are literally walking through its fine shopping strip. Very safe and bustling area. Moreover, the concierge was quite friendly and had great city recommendation and directions. The room was spaceous and very clean, had mostly everything you needed with a great bed and shower. I haven't had a good hotel stay in a while till this one.

The hotel is in the middle of everything, lots of restaurants, cafe and shopping. Walkable to Piazza de Ferrari, Cathedral of San Lorenzo, old port, porta soprana and Christopher Columbus' house. Since it was Christopher Columbus day on October 12, we were able to see the parade. Clean, and spacious room and staffs were helpful.

Hotel is clean with a great staff the location is good, my only big disappointment was the limited parking at the property. We were there four nights and had a horrible time finding parking in the streets, this ruined our plans for visiting areas around Genova. If you are arriving with out a vehicle it’s a very good hotel.

The hotel is very modern and new. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. It's about a 30 minute walk from the Principe train station. The neighborhood around the hotel is gorgeous with scenic views overlooking the city. I highly recommend staying here.

I loved everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean, quiet. Even tried to book this hotel chain in Firenze for the rest of our trip but it was full. The only thing that you have to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the place (there is a city elevator outside you can take but as a first timer to the city, we didn't know).

This hotel is very modern and located right in the center of Genova. It's quite new, the rooms are spacious with a large TV. Shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby. You can walk to the old town as well as Porto Antico from here. You can also walk to the train station from here. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Hotel is very difficult to find (location is good once you know it) - Charged City Tax on check in, later checked the confirmation email to see that it had been charged when i booked originally, however did not raise this with staff.
