We were traveling back to Indiana last minute for a vacation with a sick dog. Had to make a last-minute stop here they were able to accommodate the booking and keep us on the lower level near the door as requested. They also accommodated an early check in by 30 minutes. Wonderful staff!

It had been storming outside and my husband and I were ready to find a place to stay. I checked into this hotel and was well taken care of. There was plenty of room for all of our things and our bed was spacious and very comfortable. I had reserved a studio with a kitchen included. The room was large , modern, and very clean. Location is great close to wineries. The only disappointing part is we were given a handicap accessible room with built in foldable chair in shower and extra railing. We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary. This is not what we had booked. When asked to switch rooms, we were told the only rooms left both King and Queen were handicap accessible as well. J.
