Honestly this place has it all. Incredible location, incredible studios and great views. I especially like the attention to detail with how they designed and service each studio. They literally had everything you need. There’s even a free laundry with free detergent. I really can’t fault this place truly!

The 9th Floor public area was great to hang out in while waiting to check in, after check out, or while there. There is free coffee and tea and fabulous views of Geneva, mountains, and all the way to the Jet d'Eau. Plenty of places to sit and relax or work. The electronic unlocking takes getting used to, but it works well. I highly recommend this site.

Excellent for a one night stay after a long flight. The common area is fantastic and very useful. Rooms are very small but great for one night stay. Grocery store downstairs is perfect and has everything you need. The parking reservation booking system did not work until the day we arrived. All other electronic self service technology worked perfectly. Parking garage is hard to find. Make sure you ask for exact parking garage address which is Rue Liotard 56.

I was in the basic apartment and it was small but flexible in how to set it up and comfortable enough. For a longer stay might get cramped. If you want to work I’d advise the 9th floor, which is absolutely lovely, as well how the interior is designed. I had no interaction with the staff but contrary to other Geneva self-service (apartment) hotels they were present and visible. If travelling for work: fairly easy to get to both city center and the UN organizations.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very modern and the technology of opening the doors was brilliant really really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free coffee on the roof terrace on floor nine was just an added bonus. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The check in key on my phone is new to me. Once I worked it out, it’s very convenient to use. The design of the unit is very creative. The sizes of the bedroom and the kitchen can be changed depending on the needs. I loved it! The interior design is very artistic. In my opinion, the only drawback is the lack of privacy of the bathroom. If the curtain rail can be extended to the front of the bathroom, it would provide privacy to the bathroom. The public area on the 9th floor is great. It has a full kitchen, laundry, a pool table and reading areas. The U shaped balcony has great views and is perfect for relaxation. The location is very convenient. A tram stop is at the front door. Three stops to the city in less than 10 minutes and 5-6 stops to the airport in 30 minutes costing 3.3 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations! It is a clever use of the space. We utilised the kitchen and were able to prep meals, clean up etc with absolute ease. The room's design was genius. The staff were so helpful. I lost my entry card one day and the Geneva police helped me get in contact with the staff who were able to help me get a new entry card at midnight. All in all, I would recommend this place!
