I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the area very quiet. It was a little bit outside of the areas with good restaurant but still walkable (30 min walk). Close to the lake and the old town. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel Jade was a great place to stay in Geneva! The location was very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see, and there was a really good kebab place just around the corner — a perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal. Plus, there’s a city parking garage nearby, which made parking easy and hassle-free.

Our stay at Hotel Jade was great. It is somewhat of a small boutique property. We only stayed 2 nights before leaving for Zermatt. It was very close and convenient to both the Lake Geneva area as well as shopping, dining and transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again, next time hopefully on a higher floor. We only had a view of the garden outside of the restaurant.

Hotel was a great location minutes ftom train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless , bed was so comfy but pillows not so much . Everything was perfect and added bonus the room was ready earlier than expected.

I always love staying at the Jade when I can. I feel at home and well cared for. They surprised us with a free upgrade this trip which was wonderful. First thing we did was sit on the patio off one room. Breakfast here is always amazing with more delicious options than you have room for including a fantastic selection of teas. Great location a short walk from the train station and centre of town. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
